SHIPPING INFORMATION
General Information
Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) or by United
Parcel Service (UPS). Shipments by UPS must be made to a physical address. If you are using a P.O. Box, then shipping will be by USPS. Parcels delivered to P.O. boxes may not be insured.
Shipments to APO / FPO destinations (Deployed US
Military) are via USPS.
Use the Comments section of the checkout form for any special delivery requirements.
Same
Day Shipping for In-Stock Items
CopQuest
carries over 50,000 items in stock at all times. We are proud to
offer same-day shipping on all in-stock items. When you place an
order, you will receive an e-mail message that will state the stocking
status of your items ordered. In-stock items are always available
for immediate shipment. If items are not in stock, you will be
furnished with an estimated turnaround.
Please
note the following conditions for immediate shipping of in-stock items:
- Orders
for in-stock items are shipped the same business day (Monday through
Friday) when received before 2 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders received
after this time are shipped the next business day.
- Same-day
shipping excludes weekends and holidays. Orders for in-stock
items received during Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next
business day.
- Ground
shipping originates from California and can take up to six business
days to reach some USA destinations.
- You
will be furnished a UPS tracking number via e-mail when your order is
shipped.
- Once
an order is received, you will receive an e-mail message with the
in-stock status. You may also call (800) 728-0974 during
business hours Pacific Time to check in-stock status of any item.
Overnight
& Second-Day Shipments
Overnight or Second-day shipping is
available for USA residents. UPS does not deliver on weekends or
holidays. Second-day and Overnight orders must be received by 2:00 p.m.
Pacific Time. All orders leave our facilities at 4:00 p.m.

USA ground transit times vary by region. All
CopQuest orders originate from our facilities in Southern California. The

*Items that are exceptionally heavy or bulky or
items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional shipping costs. You will be notified either
by phone or e-mail if such a fee applies to your order. Example of
such items are Barricade Tape, some large Police Equipment Bags, Large
Books, bulk Evidence Boxes or Evidence Bags.
 Free Shipping
CopQuest offers reduced shipping costs or Free Contenintal USA Ground Shipping and APO/FPO
Deployed Military destinations on most orders over a the total as indicated above. Please note that orders that contain exceptionally heavy or bulky items may not qualify for free
shipping. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are excluded. Free shipping is based on order total before applicable sales tax (California orders only).
Partial Shipments
There may be occasion where one or more items on an order may have an extended turnaround due to manufacturer backorder. Should this be the case then we can partial-ship the items that are in-stock. Please note that this service is done at your request and is subject to a $5 processing fee.
There may be occasion that we may choose to partial-ship an order without prior request. Should this be the case, then there will be no fee or additional shipping costs to you.
Shipping
to International Destinations
Many of our products cannot be shipped outside of USA or Deployed USA Military (APO / FPO) destinations. This is a policy that is set by agreement with manufacturers and/or export restrictions imposed by the US DOC based on the classification of certain items. The list below includes manufacturer's where no products may be shipped internationally.
We may ship to International destinations providing:
- You are purchasing non-restricted products, and
- You have an order over 500 USD, and
- The credit card used for the transaction is a USA bank origination or the order is prepaid with a money order or cashiers check.
Should this be the case, you may contact us and we will furnish a shipping quotation based on
