Product Warranty and Vendor Reference

The CopQuest 30-day unconditional guarantee is described here. Many products sold by CopQuest carry an extended warranty as stated by the manufacturer.

Below is additional warranty information from some suppliers. Information contained here is believed to be accurate at the time it was originally published, but is not guaranteed.

511 Tactical

5.11 has a 30 day returns and exchange policy. Socks or undergarments with opened packages are not returnable. Garment or boot returns must not be worn nor washed. Returns must be in merchantable condition.

Aker Leather

Aker products are sold "as is" and "with all faults". The entire risk as to the quality and performance is with the buyer. Returns claims must be made within 10 days of purchase. Contact Aker at 800-645-2537or www.akerleather.com.

ARC Astra Radio Communications

ARC warrants its finished products against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use and care of the product for a period of (1) year after the date of retail purchase. During this period, ARC will repair a defective product or part, without charge to you the customer. ARC does not warrant products used for any type of rental, lease, pre-purchase trial arrangement, or warrant products damaged by natural wear and tear. Shipping for any authorized warranty coverage shall be paid for by the customer.

ASP

Bianchi

In accordance with the provisions of the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the product is sold "as is" and with "all faults". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. No returns after 90 days from date of purchase. Blackhawk

Lifetime warranty on all products against manufacturer defects, with the exception of HellStorm Gloves and accessories and HydroStorm reservoirs which carry a 1 year warranty. Contact BlackHawk at 800-694-5263 or cs@blackhawk.com.

Bushnell

The majority of products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against material and workmanship. Some products carry a different warranty. Contact Bushnell for details at 800-423-3537.

CopQuest Custom Patches

All CopQuest Custom Shop patch items are unconditionally guaranteed to be free of workmanship and material defects for a period of one year. This excludes extraordinary abuse and/or abrasions. If during the warranty period you experience quality issues with the product, please send your information along with an image to warranty@copquest.com. We'll review your claim and take appropriate action.

Hatch

Product is warranted for 90 days from date of purchase against manufacturers defects.  Contact 800-347-1200.

Honeywell Batteries

Honeywell Batteries are guaranteed to meet or exceed the Original Equipment manufacturers’ specifications for form, fit and function. Each battery is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will maintain a minimum of its rated capacity for a specified period from date of shipment under normal use and service.

• 24 months against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
• Nickel Cadmium batteries are warranted to maintain 80% capacity for 18 months
• Nickel Metal Hydride and Lithium Ion batteries are guaranteed to maintain 80% capacity for 12 months

Products repaired or replaced will only be warranted for the balance of the original warranty. Batteries cannot be returned without an RMA number which may be obtained by calling Honeywell Customer Care at 800-267-2711.
