MMC Synthetic Cannabinoids Test (K2, Spice). The MMC Narcotic Field Tests are based on a technology with many advantages over the tests available in the market today.

Many of the MMC tests are approved by the Virginia Department of Forensic Science (DFS). This field test is used for the presumptive identification of Synthetic Cannabinoids (K2/Spice). Each pack contains 10 individual tests in ampoule form.

MMC Synthetic Cannabinoids Test Procedure:

• Break off the top with the plastic ampoule-breaker
• Insert a small quantity of the suspected material 1/5 with the supplied spatula
• Shake the ampoule twice! (2 quick shakes from left to right)
• Hold the ampoule vertically
• The top layer of the liquid inside the ampoule will be dark brown to black
• The bottom layer will be as the colors mentioned below
• In case of a mixture the first or second color on the table below will appear

When positive the color should be:

• JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-081, JWH-019, JWH-122 = YELLOW/BROWN
• AM2201, XR-11, AB-001, UR-144 = YELLOW/BROWN
• JWH-200, AM2233, AM2201, RCS-4 = YELLOW
• AM-694 = GREY/BROWN
• CP-47,497 = DARK BLUE, FADING OVER TIME
• CP-55,940 = BLUE/GREEN, FADING OVER TIME
• URB-597 = YELLOW CHANGING INTO GREY
• JWH-250 = GREY
