Safariland ELS 35 Equipment Locking Receiver Plate. The Safariland nodel ELS 35 is the mounting platform for the ELS 34 Locking Fork. It can be placed in various locations, including Belt Clips, Tactical Rigs, or directly on MOLLE loops with the use of an MLS 16 Locking Fork. Allows for the quick detachment and attachment of various tactical accessories to wherever they are needed. Each ELS 35 includes (2) Receiver Plates and hardware for both.
