RIPP Hobble Restraints. Use the RIPP Restraints Hobble during subject or prisoner transport. The individual remains seated in an upright position, but can not kick doors and windows. The RIPP Restraints Hobble uses a self locking clip that holds the permanent loop in place for use on ankles, knees, and elbows (for de-cuffing). The other end of the hobble restraint uses a brass snap or steel 1 1/2" D-ring.

RIPP Hobble Restraint Features:

• Made from 1" 700 LB polypropylene webbed belting
• Brass snap at one end or 1 1/2" steel D-ring instead of a brass snap
