Monadnock Rapid Response Vest - R2V. The Monadnock R2V Rapid Response Vest is the latest addition to the Monadnock® Riot® Gear line of lightweight, modular protection for riot situations. The R2V can be donned very quickly over existing duty uniforms, and the VELCRO® brand hook and loop straps allow for easy adjustment to fit multiple torso sizes. For additional ballistic protection, this vest is equipped with 10" x 12" front and back pockets to hold hard armor plates. Additionally, the R2V vest is compatible with Monadnock's new buckle adapter system which will allow the end user to attach upper arm protection from the EXOTECH® family of riot gear.
