BlackHawk RapidFlex Medical Litter. The robust BlackHawk RapidFlex™ Medical Litter is designed for medics who need to move injured personnel quickly. Compact and lightweight, this litter has an adjustable waist strap, four side handles, and reinforced drag straps top and bottom to allow a one person drag. Rolls up into a small bundle with its own carry handle for easy storage and deployment. Not rated for high angle rescue.
