Aker 519 D.M.S. Cuff/Mag Combo - Standard Handcuffs - Closeout. The Aker 519 DMS Cuff/Mag Combo pouch allows one spare magazine and 1 pair of standard chain handcuffs in an optional quick on/quick off paddle unit. This case also slides onto belts up to 1 3/4".

Specify either right or left gun side. Select right gun side to position the DMS unit on your left side with the magazine forward. Select left gun side to position the DMS unit on your right side with the magazine forward.

In designing this unique line of DMS "Dual Mounting System" pouches, Aker took into consideration the user who appreciates the traditional slide-on pouch, as well as those who prefer the paddle style. The user can convert this paddle unit into a slide-on pouch for belts up to 1 3/4" by simply removing the two allen head screws with the included allen wrench.
